Gradient‐enhanced pulse schemes are presented for the detection of quaternary and methylene carbons. The new pulse schemes permit the detection of quaternary and methylene (—CH2) carbons or CH2 carbons alone from a single experiment. Efficient suppression of CH and CH3 carbons in all the pulse schemes is achieved by creating their antiphase magnetization and then dephasing using gradients. In the pulse schemes for detection of only CH2 carbons, the quaternary carbons are also suppressed either by dephasing using gradients or by rendering them unobservable by retaining in longitudinal order. The experimental results of the gradient pulse schemes are demonstrated on cholesteryl acetate and cyclosporin A. These one‐dimensional techniques, because of their simplicity and the ease of performing the experiments, can be important for routine chemical applications. A need for an elaboration of the methods for synthesis and characterization of activated carbons with a requisite porous structure has existed for a long time. One of the methods giving possibility for creating controlled mesopore and micropore structures deals with the steam gasification of various carbon materials. In this work the effects of calcium catalyst on the catalytic steam gasification of active carbons from plum stones and porous polymers are presented. Determination of micropores capacity and specific adsorption in mesopores have been performed by means of the s method, but adsorption on the heterogeneous solids was described by the integral equation with various local isotherms. This equation has been solved by the regularization method. A simple isotherm equation for describing gas adsorption on solids showing heterogeneity of microporous structure is proposed. It is shown that this equation gives a good representation of the experimental data of argon, nitrogen and benzene adsorption on different types of activated carbons. Its parameters may be used to characterize heterogeneity of microporous structure of the solids.

Zusammenfassung Es wird eine einfache Isotherme zur Beschreibung der Gasadsorption an Feststoffen mit heterogener mikroporöser Struktur vorgeschlagen. Es wird gezeigt, daß diese Gleichung die experimentellen Daten für die Adsorption von Argon, Stickstoff und Benzol an verschiedenen Typen von Aktivkohle gut beschreibt. Die Parameter der Isotherme können zur Charakterisierung der Heterogenität der mikroporösen Struktur von Festkörpern herangezogen werden.

甲烷在活性炭上裂解制氢研究   总被引:1,自引:4,他引:1  
在连续流动石英固定床反应器上研究了甲烷在活性炭上裂解制氢的反应,并对反应前后活性炭的比表面积以及孔径分布等的变化进行了测定。结果表明,甲烷在五种活性炭上的裂解行为基本相同,反应初期转化率最高,随着反应进行转化率逐渐降低直至一个平稳的状态;降低甲烷分压和增加甲烷与活性炭的接触时间可提高甲烷转化率;温度的升高有利于初始转化率的提高,但不利于活性炭的稳定性;反应后活性炭比表面积、孔容及微孔孔容都明显降低,平均孔径增大,孔径分布向中孔方向迁移,说明甲烷的裂解导致了活性炭孔特别是微孔内的炭沉积以及进一步的孔堵塞。  相似文献

Controlled-rate thermal analysis (CRTA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to investigate the adsorbed water layers and the surface properties of different commercial activated carbons. A simple method is proposed to obtain information on the properties of the adsorbed water film and the surface heterogeneity of the materials studied. This method utilizes TG mass loss and the first derivative of the DTG mass loss curves with respect to temperature and time, obtained during programmed liquid thermodesorption. The obtained TG mass loss curves, which reflect the energetic heterogeneity, consisted of steps and inflections which were associated with the mechanism of wetting of the solid surfaces. The heights of these steps and inflections depend on the adsorption capacity, the adsorption potential and the nature and number of the active centers of the carbon samples studied. The values of the total porosity and the surface phase capacity obtained by this method are in good agreement with those estimated on the basis of independent methods. The behaviour of water/carbon samples was studied by means of DSC at subambient and elevated temperatures. The experimental results provided novel data on the structural heterogeneity, the thermal stability of the water/carbon interface and its phase and structural transitions.Support from the Research Council of Kent State University (Ohio, USA) is acknowledged. A study is made of the adsorption of carbon dioxide at 195 K on a series of microporous carbons. The adsorption data are analysed using the Dubinin-Astakhov equation. It is found that the adsorption isotherms obey the Dubinin-Astakhov equation over the pressure range studied.The characteristic energy of adsorption calculated from the slope of the Dubinin-Astakhov plot is shown to be in correlation with the mean value of the adsorption potential. The microporosity of carbons is interpreted in terms of the characteristic parameters of the adsorption pontential distribution, determined by means of the Dubinin-Astakhov equation. It is found good agreement between these parameters and the micropore size distribution.  相似文献

以U-14C-对氨基苯甲酸为前体, 通过酯化、缩合、还原和取代四步反应获得了A环14C均标记的丙酯草醚, 用PHPLC对其进行纯化. 采用HPLC-MS(ESI), MS(EI)和1H NMR验证了其结构, 通过HPLC(外标法)确定其化学纯度大于98%; HPLC-LSC和TLC-IIA两种方法分析表明, 其放射化学纯度大于98%, 其比活度为1.089±0.011 mCi/mmol. 合成的化学收率和放化收率均为53%.  相似文献

以石油焦为原料,采用碱熔活化法合成出具有超高比表面的超级活性炭.借助XRD、TG DTA、N2吸附实验等手段,对其结构与性能进行了表征.同时,设计原位TG DTA测试技术、反应快速终止技术,对超级活性炭合成机理进行了考察,提出了两段活化反应机理,即中温径向活化机理和高温横向活化机理.发现K2O、-O-K+以及-CO-2K+是径向活化为主的中温活化段的活化剂活性组分,而处于熔融状态的K+O-、K+则是横向活化为主的高温活化段的催化活性组分.并发现径向活化是超级活性炭形成发达微孔分布的主要途径,也是控制超级活性炭微孔分布的主要手段.而高温横向活化机理则是导致超级活性炭形成大孔的主要途径.高温横向活化与中温径向活化一起构成石油焦基超级活性炭形成的主要机理.  相似文献

FTIR photothermal beam deflection spectroscopy (PBDS) was used to record infrared spectra of medium-temperature carbons before and after they had been subjected to treatments with aqueous HNO3 or H2O2 solution. A new nonporous Zn-based metal-organic framework (NPMOF) synthesized from a high nitrogen-containing rigid ligand was converted into porous carbon materials by direct carbonization without adding additional carbon sources. A series of NPMOF-derived porous carbons with very high N/O contents (24.1% for NPMOF-700, 20.2% for NPMOF-800, 15.1% for NPMOF-900) were prepared by adjusting the pyrolysis temperatures. The NPMOF-800 fabricated electrode exhibits a high capacitance of 220 F/g and extremely large surface area normalized capacitance of 57.7 μF/cm2 compared to other reported MOF-derived porous carbon electrodes, which could be attributed to the abundant ultramicroporosity and high N/O co-doping. More importantly, symmetric supercapacitor assembled with the MOF-derived carbon manifests prominent stability, i.e., 99.1% capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles at 1.0 A/g. This simple preparation of MOF-derived porous carbon materials not only finds an application direction for a variety of porous or even nonporous MOFs, but also opens a way for the production of porous carbon materials for superior energy storage.  相似文献
